Fourth Annual
Sausage Roast
Come join us at the Pavilion on Saturday April 8, 2006 for some of the finest, seasoned, encased ground meat products that Cleveland's ethnic community has to offer! Savorthe best Slovenian, Italian, German sausages from the West Side market along withsome of Chef Mark's finest handmade varieties, and, maybe some of the finest product ALGC's own Sunrise Sausage has to offer! In addition to the varieties of sausage, we will have some great rib sticking (and artery clogging) side dishes to warm you up.
A hot fire in the stove, great food, and of course, fun and games.
Consumption of mass quantities of food will start around 3PM. Bring you own beverage and a dessert to share.
Hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be provided.
A children's meal of a hot dog, chips and soft drink will be available for $3.00
Let's kick off the 2006 eating season, I mean shooting season, right!
Reservation cutoff is Saturday April 1st.
