For the shotgunner we have separate trap and skeet ranges with regularly scheduled matches. See Trap & Skeet for more info. We also have a strong tactical shotgun and tactical rifle program.
For the rifle shooter, we have a 300 yard range, a 200 yard range and a 100 yard range all capable of simultaneous operation. We offer regular CMP type high power rifle matches, silhouette matches, antique arms matches, and of course, the popular Garand matches.

We also have a social aspect of the club with a lake, pavilion and over 30 permanent campsites with electricity. There are social events of many kinds, the pinnacle of which is our annual clam bake.
Ashland Lake Gun Club is located in Ashland County, Ohio on 148 wooded acres. Its on U.S. Route 42 approximately 4-1/2 miles south of West Salem, Ohio. See Directions for a map to the club.
NEWS:
Because of the increased damage being caused by the groundhog population this year, traps have been placed around the upper and lower restroom areas and the tractor barn These traps can cause serious injury to pets and small children. Please keep your animals and children away from these areas. The traps have been marked with red warning flags.
Pistol range #4 (next to Taj Mahal) will be shut down for reconstruction starting Saturday June 21st. The shutdown is expected to last approximately 4 weeks. Directors, please make alternate plans for range use.
